A life coach helps clients: Gain clarity on their desires and direction, Identify limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns, Build confidence and stay accountable.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is all about where you are now and where you want to go. It’s action-based and future-focused. Therapy focuses on understanding your emotional wellbeing by exploring your history, patterns, and any mental health concerns, while coaching emphasizes practical steps toward your goals and is centered on your present and future. Both coaches and therapists care about your well-being, but we play different roles. Therapists are licensed to provide clinical care. As a certified life coach, my focus is on helping you grow personally, professionally, and in the everyday moments in between. I’m here to support your forward momentum, not to provide mental health treatment.

Who do you work with?

I work with young adults in their 20s and 30s, primarily Gen Z and Millennials, who are navigating career, identity, and personal growth challenges. As a former athlete, I also work with athletes who are looking to build mental resilience, sharpen their focus, and perform at their best on and off the field.

Do you offer online sessions? Can I work with you if I'm not in the Washington, DC area?

Yes! All sessions are conducted virtually, so I'm able to work with clients anywhere in the U.S. You’ll receive the same personalized, supportive experience from the comfort of your own home.

Each session is a safe, judgment-free space where we explore your goals, mindset, and strategies for growth. You'll leave with clarity and actionable steps. As you gain momentum toward your goals, you’ll likely have a lot to share in each session. To make the most of our time, it’s helpful to come prepared with an agenda, a question, or a topic you'd like to focus on.

Do you offer payment plans or packages?

Accepted Answer

I offer single sessions, as well as packages of 3, 6, and 8 sessions. A deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due before each session. Full package details are available on my Coaching Services page.
